Hamilton makes grand donation to ‘The Grand Appeal’ in support of Bristol’s Children’s Hospital

Hamilton has made a donation of £3,200 to Wallace & Gromit’s ‘The Grand Appeal’, which raises funds for the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

Ian_GrandAppeal_webHamilton marked its 50th anniversary this year and as part of the celebrations members of the team undertook a gruelling 110-mile charity bike ride between Teddington and Bristol to raise funds for the local community near its Bristol headquarters. A fantastic £1,600 was raised, with Hamilton doubling this to £3,200 and choosing ‘The Grand Appeal’ and Bristol Royal Hospital for Children as the worthy recipients of the donation.

Hamilton’s Managing Director Ian Hamilton presented the cheque to Maxine Moustrides, who is the corporate fundraiser at Wallace & Gromit’s ‘The Grand Appeal’.

“Giving back to good local causes is very important to Hamilton and the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children is an organisation that’s particularly close to our hearts,” said Ian Hamilton, “We’re pleased to be able to support ‘The Grand Appeal’ in providing critical healthcare to help babies and children, as well as their families, in our local community.”
